How we work
Located in Shellharbour Civic Centre, Busy Bees Education Services believes in the power of small group instruction to maximise learning outcomes. With stage-focused groups of up to five children at a time, we ensure each student receives personalised attention and support tailored to their specific stage of development. Working alongside peers who share similar learning difficulties fosters a sense of support, empowering students to collaborate, problem solve and gain confidence in their abilities. Through our small group approach, we create a safe and inclusive environment where every child can thrive and succeed academically.
Our Classes
Although we mainly specialise in 1:1 individual support, research conducted by the Education Endowment Foundation (EEF) indicates that small group interventions lead to significant active participation, peer interaction and individualised support, resulting in higher levels of engagement and understanding among students. By offering group sessions to a maximum of five children, we ensure a quality learning environment where each child receives the attention and encouragement they need to excel, while also benefiting from collaborative problem-solving and shared experiences with peers facing similar challenges.
